Overindulgence Can Lead You to Death!

Did you know that in today's modern society with bountiful resources, the adage, "too much of a good thing can hurt you" is not far from the truth? Especially as it pertains to food.

The truth is more people are sick or die today from overeating than from hunger or starvation. Why? Because overindulging our body with excess food than it requires causes obesity; which has many related diseases that can eventually lead to death!

Take a look at this article from The New England Journal of Medicine. The data here shows that obesity-related deaths are three times more than that caused by malnutrition and starvation. The World Health Organization says the same thing.

You can start today by eating healthy portions of meals you can gorge to your heart’s content such as vegetables. Exercising will also help improve your cardiovascular health. In the grand scheme of things, an hour workout is only 4% of your entire day! Not too much right? You must believe as we believe that you are definitely capable of making the change you desire to lead a healthier life for yourself, your family, and yes, for the world!
